It was a snowy day and the highway was a disaster so we took the exit and it was 9;56 pm and they closed at 10 fares welcomed us with a big smile and give us what we need usually no one do that they always said we closed i wish we live near by. Thank you fares for ur kindness

I come by for an ice capp and a donut whenever I have the chance, and I've been seeing these two girls, Harlow and Zoe, for a few months now, every week. They're always so sweet, they know my order before I even have to say it, and they always look like they're having so much fun. They're truly excellent!

I ordered a ice Capp with a shot of espresso, and I noticed it was finished for about 2 minutes but the cashier was busy, and a girl working at the drive went to the latte machine, moved my ice Capp left it there without handing it to me. I later asked her for it so she gives it to me and without any time to ask for a straw she walks away. A girl with big round glasses with no smile on her face. Review who you hire.

Great location! Thanks Zoe and Harlow for the speedy service and always getting my order right. The dark roast coffee is fresh every time, and they don’t water it down either. I never have issues with lineups at this location either. Keep it up!

Heading back to Parliament as of tomorrow and there’s no way I’m doing so without stopping on my way at a Tim Horton’s. The staff are always brave nice kind people without having to make a show of it and there’s always something nice to have with coffee. Thanks staff!

This Tim Hortons needs some attention. The sink in the ladies washroom is broken - and clearly has been for a while. I advised staff that there was also no toilet paper & asked about the sink, saying at minimum, they needed to provide hand sanitizer to which I received a very snarky response, being told it wasn’t “his department”.
