As a frequent flier in the drive thru I am seriously disappointed in service over the last little while. I have places 3 orders in the last week, drove to my destination to eat and open it up to find my order completely wrong. I often order a farmers wrap w no chipotle or egg, as I have sensory issues with the eggs and the chipotle sauce is not appealing… however the last 3 times I have received either or both. This is extremely disappointing as I am unable to eat it. If time permitted I would have went back to the store however, getting out of town with my food and realizing it’s incorrect is a serious disappointment. I personally know a lot of the staff and they are lovely, friendly and happy, however incorrect orders day after day, is just a waste of money at this point. I would love to see more consistency in the right direction. However for now I will be getting coffee & breakfast elsewhere for a while.
This location in Renfrew has just been updated and renovated. It’s very nice! I used the kiosk to place my order instead of standing in line. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in under a minute. The staff here has always been wonderful! Very friendly going through the drive through. Especially Kim. Best customer service comes from her in the mornings!
After extensive cosmetic renos , the men’s urinal is still not working.
Wow. Best Tim’s experience in a long time. Sharron was the most pleasant, helpful and efficient person. She knew everyone’s name and order, and treated everyone like a VIP. The store was super clean and tidy. It’s worth going into the store!
Dear Tim Hortons Customer Service Team, I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had at one of your Tim Hortons locations. I entered the store to purchase a tea as the door was open, and Google Maps clearly indicated that the location operates 24 hours. However, the staff member inside behaved very rudely toward me. She spoke to me in an aggressive manner, asking “Who are you?” and telling me to go outside, without listening to anything I tried to explain. I was not doing anything inappropriate. I am a truck driver and had simply stopped to buy a tea during the night. Am Walmart truck driver .I was wearing Bluetooth headphones and was a genuine customer, yet I felt disrespected and unfairly treated. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I am very disappointed by this experience and would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into so it does not happen to others in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.
