Worst customer service, always give attitude. Even the woman manager. Too bad they dont wear name tags. Get my order wrong everytime. Even my partner speaks english to start off because she has a strong accent in french.. then when she orders in french they give her dirty looks and laughs at her french ask her to repeat 20x when its just a tea and sandwich. So I have to take over for her because it makes her feel bad.. then they still mess up making the order for only those two items.. almost every single time. 10 years ago when this tim hortons just opened it was top notch. Now its horrible. Avoid if you can and go to the one at the Gas station. They have amazing customer service and have rarely messed up an order for us unless the person just started which is normal.

I was given the wrong coffee order three times by the same employee, along with a ton of unnecessary attitude.
