i visited there today in afternoon around 1:30 -2:00pm and ordered just a coffee and Came in for a quick bite and i waited longer than expected due to low staffing. just 2 young ladies was serving everyone and it was a incredible busy, owner must add more employees on a shift. A great respect for ladies working in this busy.

Service is bad. I ordered three donuts and asked for a box so the chocolate wouldn’t get stuck to the top of the bag, the woman working at the counter was extremely rude and looked at me as if I was an idiot and said boxes are only for 6 donuts, then proceeded to give me three donuts in individual bags with the chocolate stuck to the bag. She also gave me the wrong donut and when I corrected her she said you asked for this one, when in reality she just didn’t listen to what I was saying. As I juggled three donut bags I asked for a tray for my drinks and was ignored. So I did it myself.

My “local”. Friendly staff and I always know what to expect. Still smiles and efficient during super busy times. I’ve used it for a quick lunch with the kids and also for sitting down and getting some work done on my laptop.

My go to drink at Tim Hortons is a black dark roast coffee. I like my coffee, hot, especially on a cold day. When I can take it and sip from it easily immediately, it has been sitting too long. The dark roast was not fresh.
