Newly renovated with a hockey theme! Very quick service at the drive thru or in the store. Spacious and clean. They have a drive through and self-order machines.

I did not initially intend to leave a review, but after multiple experiences, I feel it is important to share this feedback. The food is consistently delicious, and the space itself is beautiful and inviting. Unfortunately, the quality of service does not reflect the same standard. On several occasions, I have witnessed and personally experienced behavior from a staff member that is deeply concerning. During one visit, I saw her raise her voice at an elderly woman who had politely requested a replacement coffee due to visible grounds in her drink. Rather than addressing the issue respectfully, the situation was handled in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. Additionally, she spoke loudly and disrespectfully about the customer to her colleagues, which was uncomfortable to witness. During my most recent visit, I had a similar experience. While waiting briefly for a friend in the restroom area, we were approached in a manner that felt confrontational and unwelcoming, as though we were not allowed to be there. Comments were made toward us that came across as rude and presumptive. Although we intended to purchase food and stay, the tone and approach used made us feel uncomfortable enough to leave. I understand that customer service roles can be demanding, but respectful communication should always remain a priority. This establishment has great potential and offers a wonderful atmosphere and food, which is why it is disappointing that the service detracts from the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as this is truly a place that could excel with a more positive and professional approach to customer interactions.

Definitely happy they have Almond or Oat milk. Now, all they need is to start adding some solid Plant Based options.

Just stopped by and the place is beautiful and very well designed. I just hope the clientele will keep it clean and treat it with respect.

The place is horrible I ordered a sandwich with bacon and cheese and egg and the sandwich had the eggshell it was very disgusting and the bacon was not well cooked

I came today with my group we were literally talking on a low voice and we all had to buy something because the lady said “its the rules” and then only 4 pf us were sitting and she wanted to kick us out even after we paid each one for our food even if we tried to be kind but she literally insulted us and when she spoke disrespectfully to us while looking at my black friend.

there’s a racist,i can’t believe ppl still being racist in this days,it’s really sad. the manager is racist she kicked me bc im mexican and my black friends and she was screaming that she is racist and didnt want us to be there,hope she stop working there.

Look at the broken seats next to the window and then ask about the owner's thoughts of the store. They could not spend the money to fix that, what else is there that we can't see they are not fixing because it is too expensive?

Worst tim hortons in west island. Bagels are never fresh. They always make mistakes. You always have to check your order. They have 1 job and they cannot do it right.

Probably the worst serviced Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Extremely rude responses through drive through, I try and be as patient as I can with drive through workers since their job can be stressful but this time I can’t forget. Hire better people.
