Despite the store being busy, I still had a good experience. The staff stayed friendly, organized, and helpful throughout my visit.

Great location! Always friendly staff and the food is ready quick. It is the perfect spot to get a quick bite to eat with ample seating available.

Everyday, I get 1 extra large French Vanilla and 1 large decaf because asking for half and half seems to be very hard to understand... So, if I want half and half why do I order xlarge and large... well because they are in such a hurry to get rid of you that they don't take the time to fill the cup... see picture... everyday, I get a large portion in a xtra large cup! ... yet, I pay for xlarge..! Yes... French vanilla foams... either wait 15 sec for it to go down or get ride of the foam to fill it properly... either way, not my problem... If I pay for xlarge, I want it filled properly! yes, I have mentioned it, no, they just don't care!

I’m a daily to twice daily regular. The people here are just the best. Hannah, ginger, Ava, and unfortunately I have the memory of a goldfish but there is also a male manager, and 2 other men there that always remember my order just by the sound of my voice. They are phenomenal here. My stuff Is always fresh and perfect. I can’t even think of one trip where I left upset. They also have good speed in the drive through even if cars are to the road. Great team here. Great staff. Great experience.

Ginger needs to be fired or moved out of cash. She always has an attitude about her and acts like being there is a waste of her time. You can hand her money and she'll go out of her way to place your change on the far side of the counter. And don't bother asking anything of her if she's upset.

Today I had the worst experience at a tim Hortons I've ever had. I went to get an iced chai latte and when it was served to me, I burned my hand a little. That's not supposed to happen with a ICED drink. We waited for like 30 minutes for a replacement drink and we never received one. The store was too busy to be able to get anyone's attention so I left without a drink and without a refund. As a food service worker, I have a lot of understanding for the struggle that can occur during a rush, however I would never make a hot latte and put it in a plastic cup, pop some ice in, and blame the melting ice on how hot the temperature of the building is. This is disgusting behavior and a horrible display of customer service. This establishment should be ashamed of this behavior.

It’s a 2 lane drive through yet they were only answering and taking orders on 1 machine, which was the other machine from where I was in the drive through. So we decided to pull up to the window and let them know and they didn’t seem to care, and on top of that they had nothing in stock

Clean, but a bit busy. Never actually have sit-down inside for long, as I find it too busy. Otherwise, the cleanest and least busy Tim Hortons in Pembroke
