Timmy's quality and service has changed over the years.. The coffee doesn't taste the same. I don't think they changed the milk or cream very often as I find I get milk floaters in my coffee or tea.

I really enjoyed my visit today. The food was served hot and tasted great, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The service was quick despite the busy crowd, and the dining area was kept clean .Thank you for providing such a consistently good experience.

This Tim Hortons location at 100 Pembroke is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing a Double Double to start my day or enjoying a freshly baked donut, the quality is consistently top-notch!! Shout out to Mrs. Derama! The GOAT!! If you're in the area, this Tims is a must-visit. Great coffee, delicious snacks, and excellent service every time. Highly recommend! ☕️🍩

The Roasted hazelnut latte is everything you want from a coffee that feels like a warm hug . But the magic really happen when you enjoy it with sandwich together . Creating one of the most satisfying flavor combo . I also appreciate the staff always greeted with smile .

Forgot my lunch today so I decided that I would go get a slow cook habanero chicken bowl, After receiving my bowl I noticed when i got back to work all the lettuce was mostly wilted and had gone bad. This resulted in me having to throw it out. If something like this cost 14.00$ then quality should be met to standard

my chicken bacon ranch wrap was prepared well and served promptly. The ingridient were fresh , the wrap was tigthly assembled and the flavors were consistent .The service team handled the order effeciently and the product quality met expectation GREAT JOB

Love the food its delicious same with coffee I just ordered and everything is made correctly. Some gives bad feedback . But for me Tim Hortons is Great. And I will always recommend this to my friends.

I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and 2 hash browns this morning and I only got my sandwich and 1 hash brown I find everytime I go to this Tim Hortons location they always get the order wrong in someway but other than that I liked the food and the service was fast and friendly.

Its not the first time i visited tim hortons its very good they have a friendly staff the food and coffee always fresh .the place os clean .i will highly recommend this to my friends .to the staff at tim hortons thanks you for all your hard work and always doing your best to serve your customer even when you arent being respected i always get really good service
