Dear Tim Hortons Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share some feedback about an experience I had on [4/1/2026] at your TIM HORTON 1410 Route201. During my visit, I purchased a donut and unfortunately discovered a strand of human hair inside it after I had already taken a bite. Since then, I’ve had some minor stomach discomfort and I’m not sure if it’s related, but I’m holding onto the evidence in case it becomes relevant. What also concerned me was the response I received in-store. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, they unfortunately did not take the matter seriously. The manager laughed in front of me and other staff and was unwilling to provide any contact information for the owner or a more senior representative. This kind of response was quite disappointing. I trust that Tim Hortons is dedicated to customer care and high standards of hygiene, and I hope you’ll take this feedback to ensure such incidents are handled more appropriately in the future.
