LOVE this Tim Hortons. The entire staff is wonderful, they put a smile on my face every single time I visit. I’d give them 1000 million stars if I could :)

What an awful location... I ordered coffee, somehow that made the cashier angry. I asked for the restroom, so she buzzed the door for me to get in (like in jail) and based on what I saw I won't be eating here... ever

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, and I received a cold, moldy egg and cheese (no bacon). Moldy bread is a new low for Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons has become the lowest of the low when it comes to cafes. The service is generally poor and the restaurants are disturbingly dirty. One obvious thing is the lack of employees... today, only one woman was in front, trying to handle a long line of customers and prepare sandwiches at the sane time. It must be stressful and exhausting. But I'm guessing the Tim Hortons company doesn't make enough profits and cannot hire more workers... right? (this is sarcastic). One positive today, that I rarely see, the tables were clean. That lady deserves a raise, and better conditions.

The Service is Excellent. The Girls Anu and Sukhman are very friendly and nice.

The coffee is always fresh, the food is tasty, and the service is fast. Staff are friendly and the place is usually clean. A reliable spot I visit often.

My review is for this branch specifically ,however I have come across this same issue with many other branches throughout Canada. So disappointing,Tim Hortons has really lost its authentic Canadian way of serving fresh food with a warm welcoming by its staff , instead I was greeted with rude employees who looked as if they were at a funeral, no care in the world ,shitty attitude ,,the doughnuts looked stale and the counters dirty dirty dirty ,I immediately just walked out ,but of course on my way out this garbage looked as if it was last changed during the Cretaceous period ,disgusting and unacceptable .
