There was no hot chocolate, neither white nor dark. Then I told the vendor I wanted green tea and he gave me lemonade. Terrible service.

The lady she is Spanish she might not drink coffee in her life and she never make fresh coffee always she is at drive thru she gave not fresh coffee dark rost coffee from late night I told her many time she argues someone please teach her how to do her job and do services disgusting coffee always wasted my money
Cool
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. When I pulled up, the employee asked for the order number. I couldn’t immediately locate it in the app, so I gave her my name and politely asked where to find the number. Instead of offering assistance, she rolled her eyes, shut the drive-thru window on me, and said that since I placed the order, I should be able to find the number myself. She even told her colleague not to help me. After searching through the app, I eventually found the number. I was then told, in a rude tone, to go park and wait at the front. When I went inside to pick up my order, I was surprised to learn that this employee is actually the manager. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, but it is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review. As customers, we work hard for our money and expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The food itself was okay, but the restaurant was not well maintained, which added to the overall negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving the customer experience at this location.
Horrible MANAGER. Hispanic manager is the rudest human being I've dealt with!!! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Tim Hortons was unreal. The manager on duty was completely unprofessional and downright rude. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, I was met with eye rolls, sighs, and a tone that screamed annoyance at just existing. When I asked a simple question about a menu item, the manager snapped at me, interrupted my order, and actually mocked me for not knowing what I wanted. My coffee was wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, I was told, “I don’t care. You wanted it, you got it. Maybe next time read better.” It felt less like a coffee shop and more like being interrogated by the world’s most bitter person. Totally unacceptable. I left frustrated, and I honestly can’t recommend this location if you expect any basic human decency.
Everyone but this Mexican lady were nice in the drive-thru, we try to explain that they missed an order which wasn’t our fault but this woman kept saying okay next bye bye - but we were trying to get our order correct.
You tell them to put one sugar they put a loy
I love Tim Hortons best coffee best workers Harman is a great employee.
Best service jessica
I am a regular and we always get excellent service from Jabaran. Unfortunately they hired a person who is is very obnoxious and rude she calls herself Jessica. When I was just trying to give my daughter hot chocolate this what appears to be short tanned black hair woman say sarcastically "OK bye sir hurry up we have other customers to serve." And yes i did respond to this sarcasm. But none of this would have happened if she would have romaine professional. Need to hire more people like Jabaran.
Great service at this Tim Hortons . Friendly staff, quick order, and everything was fresh. The manager and team are doing a solid job.
I was served with a very good customer service, it was fast and they are very nice.
As a regular customer on the road, I’ve had repeated issues with this specific Tim Hortons location. The quality of both the food and service is consistently poor. The employees often rush you, don’t listen to your order properly, and what you receive never matches what you asked for. I’ve been left frustrated multiple times—nothing fresh, nothing correct, and certainly not the service a paying customer should expect.
Anis is a very good worker
AMAZING SERVICE FOOD SO GOOD I ALMOST CRIED THANK U SO MUCH FOR THIS OLACE
Hands down the WORST time horrors I’ve ever been to that I had to make a review about it. I have never had 1 good experience at this Tim Hortons they need to be shut down. They care more about service speed than actual service. The food is cold and disgusting, coffees are not made properly and orders are consistently wrong. Either change managers or shut down, this lady at the drive through is horrible and so is the team
so good service is great
Very bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was chaotic and poorly managed. The manager, Jessica, was particularly disappointing: disrespectful attitude, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility. Instead of improving the situation, her behavior made it worse. It’s unfortunate, as poor management directly affects the customer experience. I do not recommend this location
I’ve tried this Tim Hortons on St-Louis many times, and unfortunately my morning experiences have been consistently terrible. The same morning manager is always there, and the service is horrible. She comes across as arrogant and genuinely doesn’t seem to care about customers. When I see that she’s working, I honestly just drive away without ordering. Service in the morning is always very slow, and orders are frequently wrong. Even a simple order never seems to be done correctly, which is extremely frustrating. That said, the evening staff is a completely different story. The service is much better, faster, and more pleasant. Evening visits deserve a solid 4-star rating. Overall, mornings are a 1-star experience, evenings are a 4-star. I really hope Tim Hortons Canada looks into this, because the difference in service depending on the time of day is huge.
I had an experience yesterday with Fedwa not sure of the spelling. She was very rude and condescending. This location won the prize for the worst Tim Hortins experience ever
Dirty slow and not cook well
The drive through he is nice .
They have a sign in parking lot for breakfast special. When you go in and try to order it, the staff said its not available and it only starts the next day. I told the staff that you should not have put up the sign if its not available. False advertising which is surprising for a corporate brand.
It was not 24/7 hours not posted proerly for holidays!!! Tim hortons used to be good in 2007!!! I wish i had my old timies back
