I am very disappointed with the behaviour of your morning staff member ( who appeared to be of mexican origin ) ( Tuesday around 10 am) toward my husband today. He came with a valid survey code for coffee, yet she spoke to him in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner, making him feel embarrassed for no reason. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, as basic courtesy and respect should be the minimum standard for any customer interaction. If your establishment is offering coffee through a survey code, then no staff member has the right to embarrass a customer for redeeming it. .Please address this issue seriously and ensure your staff maintains proper behaviour in the future.

Ordered a sandwich this afternoon from here and it tasted like cigarettes. Tell your staff to wash their hands before returning to the kitchen. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life. Makes me wonder how filthy someone’s hands have to be to stain the bread with odour and god knows what else

I have been a customer for years and the service is excellent. I adore the lady in charge of running this restaurant; I don’t know her name, but she is Latina, always attentive to everything. The restaurant is clean, and everyone is always smiling. Never change your team! I took some time to write this comment; I give you 100%.

I bought a chicken habanero bowl and when I got home I saw it didn't have rice. It's disrespectful that at this place the orders always have mistakes or the portions are smaller than what they usually serve elsewhere

I bought a farmers breakfast wrap and no good wrapped Also a breakfast sandwich and Not enough cook bacon and I throw it in garbage and i bought another from other Tim Hortons in Decarie near Isabella and that was perfect . So, I’ll never shop there

It’s the worst tims ever, it’s right in front of my house but still i go and anywhere else than here. Like every time i get a coffee it’s terrible as i am in rush for work i can never talk to them . Only been there 2-3 times but will never go again . Please train your staff they are nice but they dont know how to make coffee.

Don’t like that they ask us stop our car before arriving to the window, the service is long, and the wraps are in bad shape. Still buy my wraps there because it’s the only time next my workplace

They say Customer Parking . But half the time there is none. Then the cooks, my god, are picking their nose and handling food. Other cooks I've seen do not change their gloves after touching every kind of meat. Or cleaning the displays and not changing their gloves and touching food this place is one of the worst Tim Hortons I've seen.

THEY HAVE RATS!!! I was in the drive through window looking through and saw a mouse/rat running around. They seemed to be closed; nobody was answering the drive through but the lights were still on and there was food out everywhere I wish I could have filmed the mice
