I always have a nice experience at this location. Sahil is extremely professional, efficient and always remembers my order, which I really appreciate as a regular customer. All the other employees are also polite and respectful.

The team on St Catherine W is fantastic. They show a sense of ownership of the brand they represent. You can always trust their recommendations (they introduce me to the fruit explosion muffin and since then it has become my 1st muffin choice at Tim. My large dark roast w/5 sugars is non negotiable every morning.

asked for a iced brown sugar latte, got a cup of watered down milk with syrup in it.... literal ice water with some milk in it.... NOT the creamy deliciousness i was promised

I had a disappointing experience with a Too Good To Go order at this Tim Hortons location. I placed the order through the app and arrived within the official pickup window, but the staff told me I was supposed to inform them in advance and said they didn’t have the box prepared. I was asked to come back another day, which is not how Too Good To Go orders are supposed to work. In addition, one of the staff members (a female employee) was rude and dismissive when I tried to politely explain the situation, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I hope management can ensure proper training on Too Good To Go orders and remind staff to treat customers respectfully. The service at this location needs improvement.
