Potentially the slowest Tim Horton’s I’ve been to. It always takes about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged when I walk and then a long wait time for the food. The only hack is to go through the drive thru if you have a car because they are more focused on that service than front of house

The food is normally pretty good when the manager is présent but every time the manager is absent, almost without exception - like today - the hashbrowns are stale, the wraps look like they were quite literally thrown into the bag and the coffees either have no sugar or too much. I'm a die-hard Tim's fan. My family and I have been going to Tim's since we were tikes. But the consistent decline in service over the past decade is heartbreaking. The only reason I'm making this review isn't for revenge or to pick at a dying company, but to point out some things that can potentially fill the holes of a sinking ship. I really pray things change for the better soon. Have a blessed day.
