Some of the best service I have ever had. Rim was very helpful and polite. Some of the best fast food service I have experienced in a long time.

First of all, I strongly believe that I was subjected to discriminatory treatment by this employee. I was waiting patiently to be served, but when she finally came over, she ignored me and served the man behind me instead. Whether they knew each other or not, I chose not to make an issue of it at the time. However, what happened afterward made the situation impossible to ignore. She spent her time talking on the phone and serving customers who arrived by car while I was left standing there waiting. When she eventually came to take my order, her attitude was clearly impatient and dismissive. I ordered a cold beverage, and she told me it was unavailable. As I was trying to choose an alternative, she abruptly walked away without a word, leaving me standing at the counter, and went back to her phone conversation and other customers. At that moment, I felt humiliated and completely disrespected. I was treated as though my time and business had no value whatsoever. This was not merely poor customer service—it was a complete lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. I have visited this location during the daytime many times and have always received respectful service. This was my first evening visit, and the experience was shocking. The employee’s behavior was rude, dismissive, and, from my perspective, appeared discriminatory. The difference in how I was treated compared to other customers was impossible to overlook. I find it deeply concerning that an employee representing Tim Hortons would behave in such a manner. If this is considered acceptable service, then there is a serious problem with management and staff training. No customer should ever be made to feel ignored, unwelcome, or less deserving of service. Tim Hortons is one of Canada’s most recognized and respected brands. It is extremely disappointing to see the customer experience deteriorate to this level. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure other customers do not have to endure the same treatment.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. This location used to be fast and reliable, but since the staff changed, the service has dropped to hell. At the drive-through with my friend, an employee was taking our order while talking to someone inside at the same time. It was confusing and frustrating. We had to repeat ourselves so many times, and when we got to the window, surprise surprise, the order was completely wrong! Another time, my husband and I ordered 15–20 minutes AHEAD on the app. We got there and were still told to wait on the side. We ordered two iced caps and two sandwiches. We waited 45 minutes and never got anything. They forgot the order. No refund, no food, nothing! They had over an hour to make two little sandwiches and two iced caps and still couldn’t get it done. It’s crazy. We had to leave because we were late. Uber orders are also a mess. Items are constantly wrong or missing. The previous staff was excellent. The current staff is unprofessional, slow, and rude. They have an attitude and don’t take responsibility for mistakes. They’re always “out” of biscuits in person, but somehow have them on Uber. That just screams laziness. I kept going back there, that’s on me. I’m never going back! One star's the minimum just to leave a review.

Went for a cilantro like veggie wrap, while I was on my break, just for the girl to give me a meat wrap with bacon and chicken. I’m allergic to bacon, I went back and they were all pointing fingers at each other. By the time she started the veggie wrap, my lunch was already over. The day prior to that i went in for potato wedges. The girl who’s always in gloves closed the window when I was talking. She was removing the garbage bag from the can when she seen me waiting, I asked for a fork and she gave it to me while holding the head of the fork with the same gloves she used to remove the trash. Very disgusting. They don’t speak English. They give so much attitude. If they don’t like their job, they can find one elsewhere. There’s no need to take it out on the customer. I’d give zero if I can.

Absolutely horrible she gave us our wrong order; we came to fix it, in which she couldn’t fix it..didn’t refund us, I have allergies and she gave me something I couldn’t eat which I explained. absolutely horrible, and insufficient and she’s rude And hard to understand

Went there today asked for Americano. She gave me dark roast. Told her this is not Americano. She was like let me make you a new one. She changed the lid and gave me the same dark roast. I been struggling to find work and it is this kind of person they employ. So disappointing
