I almost never leave negative reviews, but this is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. I have been here many times both as a customer and as an Uber driver, and the service is consistently very slow. Orders take much longer than they should, and the staff are often rude to delivery drivers. This is not a one-time experience. Sometimes you can tell yourself that maybe someone is having a bad day, and that’s understandable. However, I see the same behavior almost every time I come here. Even when there are plenty of employees working, they seem disorganized and show very little respect or consideration for customers and drivers. Overall, they do not appear to care about providing good service. Very disappointing experience

It is horrible!I went there to order a box of 10 Timbits and a chicken wrap.The timbits were very dry and hard,and the chicken in the wrap was freezing cold and the lettuce was old..When I asked to get a new sandwich they told me no.Horrible service,horrible food I don't recommend don't order from them.

worst tim’s location in the city i often come here and the food is terrible service is even worse and it’s soooo slow. The amount of times i’ve got the wrong order or haven’t even received an order is startling

I came to the Tim Hortons this morning and ordered a large vanilla chai latte with no ice and a farmers wrap with no chipotle sauce first they gave me my chai latte filled with ice and when I asked her to remove the ice, she did a big fit and once all the ice was out, there was maybe about a teaspoon of coffee left. Secondly, I had ordered a farmers wrap and my Friend also had done an order and they added a chicken wrap on the order that she never ordered and then insisted that we have the chicken wrap because they had already made it and that they’re not gonna make my farmers wrap because there is a chicken wrap there very bad customer service so much attitude. I do not recommend going here.

Honestly, one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve been to. The place smelled horrible, the cleanliness was terrible, and the bathrooms were disgusting. It honestly seemed like no one cleans them regularly.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a wonderful experience. The coffee is always fresh. The environment was clean, welcoming, and well organized. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and supportive of each other, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. My order was prepared quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. I really appreciate the team work:)

We asked for 2 black iced coffee with no sugar and an protein chai latte. We were given 2 iced latte with milk? And a protein latte. Instead of apologizing they argued back and gave me back a normal chai latte 🙂. It can't be that hard to say "I didn't hear you correctly I'm sorry for the mistake" instead of arguing back when they're in the wrong. Those two Indian ladies need more training, maybe it was a language barrier issue and that's okay but that was just annoying and unnecessary.

I got 2 à la Tim's for a road trip. The buns were infused with cigarette smoke. I was desperate and ate them but it is the worst thing I have ever had in my whole life. My husband smelled it too so it wasn't just my nose being weird. We will never go back which is really disappointing because we were excited to have one close by when we moved here.

The coffee is always fresh, and the food is tasty and affordable. I love their Timbits and breakfast option perfect for a quick stop any time of day.The staff are friendly and service is fast, even when it’s busy. Definitely one of my favorite places for coffee.

I feel like Tim Hortons donuts have gotten way better lately. The ones I had were fresh and soft, not dry like before. They actually tasted really good.😋 I also remembered the name of person who served me (Kritika), she was really sweet.🫶🏻
