Very good Tim Horton. Very polite and fast service. I took vegetarian wrap and the Indian girl prepared it very nicely.

The chocolate chip muffin was Old and very stale, i also ordered a wrap travailleur. It was cold, the perosn just through all the items inside and gave it to me. Uncut, very old, cold, stale. The hash brown was so old it was like eating stones. Horrible.

2026.03.30 Purchased a ice cap at late at night. The guy with such a long beard and had no net to catch the dandruff or hair from falling from his beard. This is totally unacceptable

The staff is worst here, 5 people working here but no one can serve the customers, they are dependent of each other, for uber drivers wait time is 3 business days, i waited for more then 25 minutes just to get complete pickup of one single egg&cheese English muffin

Hair in food, gives you 3 droplets of sauce and their habanero wrap is smaller than any wrap I’ve eaten in any time hortons. I really love Tim Hortons but for hygiene purposes I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order here.

Worst customer service every time we order. When we use the drive-through, the staff force us to move to another parking spot and wait for our order. When we asked why, they said it’s because of a timer. If they have KPIs they’re struggling to meet, they should fix their internal process instead of making customers wait elsewhere. This is a drive-through service, I should be able to order, receive my coffee, and leave quickly.
