Ussa. Or Ossam I don’t what this guy’s name was but he clearly doesn’t like to work at this place because he is unappreciative person… to add I was giving my order in English the girl was taking it fine this guy intrepts her and says I didn’t say anything furthermore I still wasn’t finish with my order he said drive up….. he was speaking to me only in English…. The girl was taking my payment. He instead interrupted her again snatched the machine from her and told me wait for the sandwich, I waited 10 mins for an english muffin just to know he didn’t even make it either finished his shift or went to break….Clearly he doesn’t deserve a job at all….. tha management of this time horton should fire him as he will cost them a lot of loss in business as people will stop coming in the morning.

The chocolate chip muffin was Old and very stale, i also ordered a wrap travailleur. It was cold, the perosn just through all the items inside and gave it to me. Uncut, very old, cold, stale. The hash brown was so old it was like eating stones. Horrible.

2026.03.30 Purchased a ice cap at late at night. The guy with such a long beard and had no net to catch the dandruff or hair from falling from his beard. This is totally unacceptable
