I went on my morning run, as usual, and decided to pass by this Tim Hortons to get my coffee for the first time. The girl taking my order, her name was Afnane if i recall, had amazing service and her smile really lit up my day. She made my coffee with so much love and care I could literally taste it. 10/10 !!!!

Today I ask for a veggie wrap and I said veggie wrap twice one of the employee named Simran Jeet Kaur made chicken wrap …. I am allergic to meat and when I confront her she started giving me attitude. when I finally spoke with the manager, the manager was kind however she didn’t give me the full information of the owner so that I can pass this complaint to him or her. Now we are filing a complaints against this Tim Hortons in MAPAQ and we are ready to escalate this matter

Ordered on the Tim Hortons app only for them to tell the driver they never got my order, just lost 20 bucks!! They don’t even answer the phone, the driver had to call me to tell me that they sent him to another Tim Hortons :( I got sick and was hoping to get some quick food delivered but oh well Update: They apparently got the order a whole hour later, I got it, but they gave me the wrong muffin and I was missing a straw. Pretty much the service you expect from a Tim Hortons nowadays.

A lot of sketchy people here. The service is terrible in regards to the attitude. You don't like what you do? Then quit. Only 1 guy here is kind but that's not enough.
