I just went to Tim's on Victoria. My server's name was Raul, he was a very kind and patient person. The service was very quick! No complaints

Not a great experience. I went to drive through to order but the lady was so rude she doesn’t know how to talk to me.Also she shouted at me when. she didn’t understand what I wanted to order

Raul was super nice, very good worker! Has a friendly vibe to him ! Hard to get good customer service nowadays but Raul was spot on! 10/10 customer service !!

I came to the restaurant not knowing what to get and a worker named Raul was really polite and helpful with getting me the order I wanted. Amazing atmosphere!

To the manager of Komal geet , she is a night employee who always has a smile on her face and she always remembers my order is the same everyday and because of her energy and customer service I come back every morning before I go to work :) great employee

​I am writing to express my disappointment with the self-service ordering system at your location. Despite using the kiosk to save time, I watched multiple customers who ordered at the counter after me receive their food first. ​Furthermore, the kiosk allowed me to purchase two items that were actually out of stock, which the staff only mentioned after I had already paid. I also had to personally intervene to remind the employee to include a donut that was clearly listed on my order. To make matters worse, the machine does not provide a physical receipt for proof of purchase—relying solely on names being called out—which creates unnecessary confusion. I hope you can sync your inventory with the kiosks and improve the order queuing logic.

I don’t go there often because of the bad service but tonight was the worst ever! It took 40 minutes for two cold drinks; the guy at the cash was doing everything by himself even if there were two other guys making donuts and just having a conversation and one girl was in the back on her cell phone the entire time, while another girl was working the drive thru! I’m sorry but you guys have to do BETTER!! it’s ridiculous!

They need more employees, took me and other clients each 7-8 mins for a simple coffee. Don’t come here , nor will I return until they hire more people.

Normally I go to buy my coffee and couple of things around from 11 to midnight, and the lady always is so nice, kind, respectful and patience. Thanks for your great service! When the quality os service is great all turns better like food, coffee, desserts, etc. Thanks and bravo! 👏🏻

This place is good only if you want to choose between 4 donuts, 2 muffins, 9 timbits and a bagel. There's never anything here except maybe a ton of the donuts with the sprinkles that no one buys.

my grandfather went to this establishment and received the upmost disrespectful customer service. He asked nicely and simply if the Tim Hortons would replenish their boston cream donuts. The lady responded with a grimace and attitude, telling him as if it was the most obvious thing in the world “no we aren’t making them for the day, they’re done.” Not to mention the donuts we’re dry and stale.

I don't usually post reviews but I came in at 5pm to get my first coffee of the day...feeling very groggy... Little did I know I would also leave with a smile! Thank you to DANIELA for offering me kindness and warmth, in my cup and in my spirit. Your service made an impact as much as the brewed beans drink!!

When I came here to give my review, I saw a lot of bad reviews but from my experience I had the best service from an employee called Raull or something like that. He was really kind and full of smiles. Really great service👍

I got a chicken noodle soup at noon and got stale hard as a rock bread and old bottom of the pot over salted soup. I would totally understand this happening in the middle of the night but at noon on weekday? I’d expect things to be fresh. It’s disappointing to get crappy food in this day and age where everything comes at a higher cost. I know this is fast food but come on you guys can do much better. This actually isn’t the first time this happened at this location I get fresher Tim Hortons products while travelling at night in remote locations.
