Always a worst experience at this Tim Hortons in lachine. Every Monday I come here and order the same thing: triple-triple coffee with butter croissant. Almost every time, the coffee comes without sugar, and the croissant is not toasted at all — just given plain. Today again i passed and ordered TT coffee and a cream cheese bagel 🥯. The bagel was super cold and not toasted, same as usual. Even though the lid clearly says TT, there was not even a single sugar in the coffee. I really don’t understand what the employees are doing here. Orders are consistently wrong, and basic requests like sugar and toasting are ignored. Very disappointing service and no attention to detail.
