The place is nice, they've renovated recently it seems. The food is great mostly, it depends on the time of day. My issue is the service, we went around 10AM-11AM. There was a HUGE car lineup, so we decided to go inside. We placed our order on the digital screen and went to wait for our food. First of, they took a long time to serve us because they prioritized their drive through service. Then, after taking 35mins to serve us, they finally called us with missing items on our order. They kept asking us what we ordered as if they aren't supposed to already know! Inside it wasn't even that full, there were around 5 people max ahead of us, also waiting impatiently.

They don't know how to manage their orders and they lose them, we were waiting 30 minutes for our order and when we asked they just started to prepare it and they didn't even know what our order consisted of. On top of that, there is nowhere to throw the garbage since it is overflowing

Every time I come here (I live close, I won’t go to another Tim Hortons when I don’t have a car) nothing is right. It takes 20 minutes to get my food, half of it isn’t the right things, 2-3 foods aren’t cooked enough and one very rude cashier that can’t take any order correctly. Every time she is at the cashier spot, I have to repeat myself 4-5 times. Very unpleasant.

5 customers ordering coffee and some stuff infront of me , I was waiting for 30 min that’s insane, 5-6 people working , service is very slow incredible.

Tim's is usually very consistent. The food and service at this location however was terrible. Our order along with many others was misplaced TWICE. They ran out of eggs and hash browns for breakfast?! They didnt have anyone to manage them and when it got busy they simply collapsed into chaos. Many angry customers. Will never go there again.

Clean place with good staff and a decent vibe. Unfortunately, I noticed something black in my drink that came from the ice , which kind of ruined the experience.
