Normally my waiting time is not that long, but today is the worst... I waited about 7mins before went to ask if my order was on their screen and it turned out someone else took my order. Waited another 16-20mins, in which I understand how she served people with simple order first. I can't blame on the preparation person because I was observing how the staff worked. There was only one person at the cooking and preparation desk, and she seemed to be okay. But I can tell there's clear sign of overwhelm when she had to call out all orders and doing the prep as fast as she can. They made a mistake, I dont blame them, but I do blame the system of not putting a 2nd person. Unfortunate morning... But I got 2 extra crispy potatoes due to my patience and my understanding 🥔 -- Understaffing -- If you're caught in morning rush, then you have to sharpen your ear cuz they speak fast and there's high potential for order mix up. Also expect long wait time if ever a conflict occurs.

This is one of the worst tim hortons I have been to. Everytime I order french vanillas or hot chocolates drinks it always tastes like water compared to every other tim hortons. Such a disappointment drinking these while working. You guys should fix this issue and take it seriously!

I went to this Tim Hortons on Bleury Street at 12:30pm on Saturday May 2nd with my family to have lunch. I took my kids to wash our hands before ordering lunch and saw how disgusting the washrooms were. We immediately left the premise because if the customer washrooms are this bad, I can’t imagine how the kitchen or rest of the restaurant looks like

Typical Tim Hortons food you ban counts on Best coffee in town. Service was abysmaly slow waited in line up the only 1 staff making orders

I’m a client of this team hortons since day one they open their door. All employees are fine except one that charges always 1$ extra for combo timatin. And instead of correcting her mistake, she keeps arguing instead of listening to understand my point. I had to different receipt for the same order with different price. Just no manners at all.

Edited to ad: Things that matter: Honestly, it's the staff. They are attentive, speedy, and nice. That makes a huge difference in the morning rush. I've received good service and my orders were complete and accurate every time at this Tims location.

I come here everyday and am always met with good service. The employees are extremely kind, the coffee is always fresh and hot, and the sandwiches/wraps are always made well.
