I visit Tim Hortons every morning, and I want to appreciate Simran for her amazing service. She is always very kind, polite, and welcoming. She serves customers with a big smile and positive attitude every single day. She handles everything so professionally, even when it’s busy. Her friendly nature and hardworking attitude make my mornings better. It’s because of employees like Simran that I enjoy coming here daily. I go to work every morning with a French vanilla coffee, now I don't need to go and tell them, they understand😍 The behavior and smiles of those who work here are very nice, thank you very much.

I come here regularly to the Tim Hortons at Snowdon metro station on Queen Mary, and the team there is always fantastic. The staff are very friendly and respectful, and they work hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible, even when it’s really busy. Despite the constant crowd near the metro entrance, they stay calm, organized, and efficient. It’s a great spot to grab a coffee or a snack on the way to or from the metro, and I really appreciate their excellent service.
