I’m at the Tim Hortons located at 14810 Pierrefonds Blvd., Pierrefonds-Roxboro, Quebec H9H 4Y6 Overall, everything is very good, but there is an employee named Virginia—based on what I heard while she was serving, she is 77 years old. She has incredible energy. She works at the register, cleans, and is always efficient and effective. She keeps the place organized and clean, supports her coworkers, and even reorganizes the displays..... Very good—an excellent worker and a great example for the whole team.

I went through the drive-thru to get food, but the staff weren’t very friendly. When I didn’t catch what they said, they seemed annoyed. They also forgot my coffee order at the window, and instead of simply making it, they asked me to go around and line up again, which didn’t make sense.

There is one employee who speaks very loudly and takes the time to try to embarrass you if you are going to use the washroom. She needs to understand that bus drivers need to stop between pick ups. I hope the owner reads this post and repremends her.

I never write reviews so I feel a little bad but went in for lunch with my grandmother it was moderately busy but it was finally our turn to order. The lady taking our order was presumably a manager (dressed differently gave orders) she seemed annoyed started taking our order and half way through got a phone call then proceeded to stand there in front of us for a good 5 minutes on the phone. When I asked if I can finish making my order she told me “sorry Madame not until I’m done my phone call” very off putting to say the least. Once her phone call was over we made our order. As I was waiting for my order the same lady who took our order was yelling at the young girl making sandwiches saying “don’t cry in my kitchen if it’s not for you then you got to go” instead of offering the help the girl may have needed. Then just catching the corner of my eye this manager who has caused all this trouble is WEARING FLIP FLOPS in the kitchen EW. Anyways not a very great experience! I feel like this time Hortons used to be much much better but recently it’s gone way down hill. Pretty sad…

Today i ordered a coffee to lady who treats everyone in very good manner and she always greets everyone happily even she is more elder than most of people but i noticed from 3 - 4 time that another lady that she always deliver food in inappropriate manner ( feel like she is throwing food or coffee ) and after that i complain to that lady who took my order she also agree with me that her behaviour is not good towards costumers. Thank you
