The supervisor name jessy at this Tim Hortons is amazing. She is Very respectful, hardworking, and always makes customers feel welcome. You can tell they care about both the staff and customers. Service was fast and organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Simran the amazing girl working there today. She was very friendly, polite, and hardworking, and she handled everything with a smile even during a busy time. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made my day better. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

I order lunch and drinks for few people at the drive thru. I like makin the difference in people lifes, i saw this poor young man ask for hot water tonight , a homeless and he say to her that he was homeless and no money.. U know what she say the indian girl working right now she said haha its not charrity here amd close the window...

The team at the Dollard St location are fantastic!!! Amongst the best, if not THE best, Tim Hortons I have been to. Warm, smiling' friendly... I go out of my way to make a stop here for my Ice Cap just to see the gang. The owner and managers should be proud of their teams.

Best Tim Horton ever!!! Ville Saint Pierre. Meilleur Tim Horton!!! Le personnel est efficace rapide convivial et poli. Ils me font sourire à tous les jours. La nourriture est fraîche, chaude et servie rapidement. The staff is amazing, efficient, fast, friendly and polite. Feels like a second family. Manager is great and we go out of our way and pass many Tims to go there. I recommend 1000%

I don’t understand how someone can mess up a simple small coffee order and still hand out a medium at the drive-through. When I asked to fix it, the female employee with a heavier build rudely refused and told me to get a refund.
