Went there around 11 tonight. We were new in town and ut was our first spot to take mini break. But it went unpleasant because of the Lady with specs on the drive thru who was taking the order was lacking decency in basic communication. On the question regarding main door was closed! She responded “It’s not important, we can close the main door if we want to” with a rough tone. We requested if she can open it for once as I was in emergency, but she said “no , she can’t “ We understood that was out of their safety and the store hours protocols. But , when tried to ask if she was the one taking the order and she said yes We just asked her “ Do you speak to all customers like this?” And It was clearly visible that we were upset on her way of response earlier but even to that question “She said” she I speak to all of them like this “ I don’t know if she was having a bad day or frustrated by something? But there’s always a way to saying things, which she clearly needs to learn.
