employes behind the counter dont pay attention to their customers and the orders the restaurant is always dirty

I want to leave a record of what I witnessed at this store. I went to this location earlier this week and saw a very disturbing situation. A kitchen employee dropped a piece of bread on the floor and, instead of throwing it in the trash, she picked it up from the floor and put it back together with the other breads that were going to be served to customers. She was also not wearing gloves. When I looked at the floor in the front area of the store, I felt like vomiting because it was really very dirty. Honestly, it looked like outside the store was cleaner than inside. The tables were also dirty. I stayed there for a while observing the behavior of this kitchen employee and saw several things that were completely unacceptable. At some moments she handled food and wiped her hands on her clothes before continuing to handle the food. She was also going back and forth between the front area of the store and the kitchen area and then continued handling food. Her uniform was very dirty and her hair was coming out of her hat. I don’t understand how someone in these conditions can work handling food. During that time, I also saw a woman being very rude to the employees. I don’t know if she was the manager, but she was treating the girl making sandwiches very badly. Meanwhile, this other kitchen employee continued doing things that were clearly wrong when handling food. The environment in this store is very unpleasant and it seems like there is no manager or owner supervising what is happening there. If there was someone responsible, this kind of situation should not happen. I go to other Tim Hortons locations and they are usually clean, with clean floors and tables. Unfortunately, this location is in very poor hygienic condition. Honestly, the way things are, this store should be inspected because the lack of hygiene could put customers’ health at risk.
