Absolutely unacceptable experience at Tim Hortons. I was told the washroom was “closed,” yet other customers were clearly being allowed to use it — completely inconsistent and unfair. The staff behavior was even worse. One employee was literally jumping over the counter like it’s a playground, while another kept leaving the store every few minutes to go meet someone outside in a black VW car, despite customers waiting. I sat there for over 45 minutes watching this chaos. No professionalism, no respect for customers, and zero accountability. Management needs to investigate this location immediately — this is not how a business should be run.

I had a very good experience with this company. The staff are very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their customer service is excellent and they handle orders very well. My orders always arrive on time, which makes the whole experience smooth and reliable. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.

Wow what an amazing place… today I went there and I got served by the lady i think her name is Komal. Her smile gave me the vibes of coming back again. The hospitality was just so beautiful and I would say a big Thank you for delicious food. So fresh so tasty. Keep it up guys ;)

Fast service, super friendly staff, and fresh food even during busy hours make this new Tim Hortons a real pleasure to visit. The space is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the team does a great job keeping things moving. Overall, it’s a great addition to the neighbourhood and an easy go-to spot for a quick and enjoyable coffee break. I’ll definitely visit again.
