Update: less than 8 hours I got a reply below. That is respectable. I will follow up with the info they provided. And respond with if I get a refund and then tone down my hostility. Fun fact. When Other food services are slammed from too many orders they stop taking them. So that stuff like this doesn’t happen. FYI this happened noon, Sunday, last weekend. End of your March break. I don’t think I gave that info below. However I will update this post. After making contact. Boom, nailed it! Worst wait ever. 30min for my…. Iced Coffee, regular coffee, tea, donut and muffin. Notice no kitchen items. 30min for them to say, really no kitchen items. This was all order via mobile. They had no organization for ordered items and spent half the time looking over different orders to find homes for drinks. Coffee was cold, tea wasn’t made right and their speed was slow. Horrible experience. Tim’s mobile gave 1200 patronizing points. I deserve a refund. However imagine that conversation, an English man calling a French store for a refund for $5. So they get an accurate review of the incompetence!

The guy at the drive thru window hardly knew how to speak English claimed that a 50 pack of timbits was 3$ and once we got to the window the worker did not say a word I’m not one to complain but this was ridiculous!

Hands down the worst managed Tim's in the country. I've been staring at my food getting cold for 10mins but can't get it. Nobody bothers to tell you what is happening.
I waited in line for 30-40min just for a coffee and English breakfast muffin and the service was horrible, unprofessional, and it felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. I asked them if my order was done and they said yes then walked away.
Ordered food. Got in my car and got back on the highway. They got my order wrong. Was disappointed.
This restaurant was super Duper busy. So it took a lot of time to make the food. But they made food really well, even though they were very busy. And Staff is very good
45 Minute wait for breakfast and all orders were wrong. Very disappointing
I’ve been in line for 40 minutes in the drive thru, this is not an exageration. The line wasnt even that big! But the food and drinks were good as always.
