This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Most of the staff is unexperienced and not committed to protect and promote the image of the brand. Unacceptable waiting times, rude personal, one guy on Jan 3 even start swering when I complained about the waiting and the inefficiency seen under my eyes. They were just talking and joking most of the time doing nothing... Very aggressive in language when signaled the inconvenience.. Update : Jan 9. Improvements since last time: expedite service and polite approach. Hopefully it will last. Added service one star for now and 2 stars for Atmosphere.
