Ordered a breakfast wrap, got this. Seems its too hard to make a new one when you butcher the first one.

Had an issue arise with the Tim Horton's Mobile app. The manager of the store was very quick to assist me and regulate the situation. I have been to this Tim's many times and have never had any bad service - the only problem came through the app and new staff but as mentioned, it was quickly resolved. The ambience is awesome and people are friendly and they are very quick to fix your issues!!! Thanks :)
