I had to leave a star so I could leave a review, unfortunately this ia the WORST Tim Hortons ever. Did an order almost 25$ and waited 2 1/2 hours before they said they had issues with delivery driver as i watched the times change from 8:45-8:55 to every hour and than at almost 11pm they canceled the order saying ill get my money back in about 5-10 days. The worst service and staff I have ever seen and sad to say I NEVER EVER ORDER OR EAT ANYTHING FROM TIM HORTONS AGAIN. They show no respect for thier customer and dont care about service. Unless Tim Hortons improve thier staff and they way they treat people I think that Dunkin Doughnuts should come back and put Tim Hortons out of business. Tim Hortons has gone to hell and it shows that its no longer a good place, its sad to see that one Tim Hortons that keeps giving bad service and the other Tim Hortons are getting bad results casue of one that gives poor and disrespectful services. Here's a few pictures of how well they lie cause I took screenshot and it keep saying my driver was sitting there waiting. I dony know if that was a lie but it showed she / he was sitting there waiting for my order. I would add more but I cant it wont let me from the name on the delivery driver has been the same and they just kept making up story's
