I had a really frustrating experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap, and I had to repeat myself multiple times because the employee didn’t understand what I was asking for, which is honestly confusing considering this wrap has been on the menu for years and is very popular. Then I got charged $12 for it. When I asked why it was so expensive for what’s usually around an $8 wrap, I was told it’s because I asked for bacon… even though bacon is literally part of the chicken bacon ranch wrap. That made no sense. To make things worse, I even showed a picture of the wrap, and she still didn’t seem to recognize it. What I ended up receiving looked nothing like what I ordered. It wasn’t even properly wrapped, it was falling apart and honestly looked thrown together (see photo). I didn’t even know what I was given. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn’t give me one, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. Really disappointing experience overall, poor service, incorrect order, and overcharged. Definitely not what I expected.
