the wrap was ridiculous. i paid 5$ for the bread basially. no tomatoe, no salad, one HALF piece of chicken.Ir selected 6 special timbits that i paid like 3.60$,she sends the normal ones. IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND 10 MIN to receive a coffee, a wrap an 6 tim bits???i was 7 minutes away from the store!!!!!!! ***Feb 29th. My entire fault for not checking which tim my doordash was coming from. Missing 2 things i ordered, and i got the wrong breakfast sandwich. You guys are lucky i dont have a car

Fast and efficient drive-thru service at this Tim Horton. Even during busy hours, the staff handled everything smoothly. Coffee was hot and fresh and I ordered wrap and bagel this morning and was so good. It made my day start on a positive note. Highly recommend this location.

Their supposedly bol of chicken habanero is a ground chicken. When expressing my big disappointment and wanting to get my money back, their manager (Pablo) mocked me and was really disrespectful. I got my money back, but the experience was offensive, and even hostile. Very bad manager.

However, during the interaction, comments such as telling our supervisor he should “go study” were directed at our team. We do not tolerate disrespectful or humiliating behavior toward our staff. I've been having so many issues with this time hortons lately since they changed their staff a little while ago. I went there on saturday morning and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter and this is what they gave me (see pic). The butter is not even melted , it just thrown on there and the bagel is cold and not cut in half. Its unedible. Honestly disgusting. It's the 3RD time that they did this to my bagel. The exact same thing. Every time I go I also have to double check that they put sugar in my coffee because they ALWAYS forget. Now im done going there. Iv given way too many chances and they dont care about what they're serving their customers. Pretty sad.

This Tim Hortons is an absolute farce. I got serve a soup with no soup; there was zero liquid in it to the point I could tilt it on the side. I come here at 5pm, no soup. 11:45am, no soup. It's -30 outside and winter time and they don't have soup??? How hard is it to dump that premade mixture into the reheating oven. When they do have soup, it's usually the potato cream thingie that feels like a block of crisco. It's disgusting. Also, I am a French speaking person, but somehow I can never ever get served in French. English at times works. but Hindi would be better cause that's the only language I hear in the kitchen. If you can't serve in French in Quebec, at least get decent English speaking folks. Note the names in the reviews for this restaurant also, the ones with 4 and 5 stars rating... friends and family ratings anyone? This Tim Hortons is an absolute dump. Go elsewhere.

I ordered through doordash. Missing 2 muffins and my cream cheese bagel had no cheese, and tasted burnt. Theres always issues with that tim. Do better **** jan 6. Ordered scrambled eggs. Received uncooked BOILED eggs. The yellow is still leaking. And you have the guts to tell me " oh we're aorry please contact us" 🤣 ****january 16.... what did that poor croissant do to you??
