I come in with my three friends and two of them had stood there waiting for ten minutes as the workers behind the table were laughing it up instead of taking care of their customers. The manager was there and yet you still didn’t do anything about their tomfoolery. The next time my friends have to wait for a drink that shouldn’t have been forgotten and that is on the damn machine, you should triple their size. And there were other people complaining in your establishment as well. Cuz bb we don’t play and neither do my friends. Clock it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons a few months back. We stopped going. Decided to go back to get a bagel for my and my son. They ask us to wait in the parking lot.. 10 minutes waiting for a bagel: they bring us the bagel. Wrong order; I go back inside. Wait another 10 minutes. They return the bagel, WRONG ORDER AGAIN. The service at this location is awful. It’s worth driving to another Tim Hortons at this point because who messes up a bagel order 3x. Cheese & bacon: Not that difficult.

Stopping cars before the window to beat the timer is not good. Drivers fighting and honking the horn as they think the driver is front is not paying attention.
