Service is so bad. I went through the drive through and because they couldn’t make the 1 hot chai latte fast enough I had to pull over to the side to let other customers go through. When they finally brought my 1 drink, it wasn’t even the right order. I had to wait more time for them to make it properly. And because when they brought my hot drinks they didn’t provide a sleeve, I had to wait some more. They need to do better. My order was so simple on top of it.

I ordered a chocolate glazed doughnut, not a chocolate dip and then you decide to put in the bag like this. We’re all the chocolates on the top of the bag do better Tim Hortons.

I have neen a regular Tims patron since the early 1990s. The best Tims opperator of a Tims is my old friend Louis Parker, manager of the Champlain Blvd location. Louis and I goback a long way, with great service and delicious coffee & cookies (and I realy miss the Walnut Crunch)

One of the worst tim hortons ever. The coffee here is always so bad, no idea what the staff are doing wrong but on its awful. This one is closer to where I live but I have to go to the one on newman to get a good coffee.
