Ordered a combo for takeout, and there wasn't even a larger bag that could fit all the items. When I asked for a larger bag, all I got was a "no" as an answer. Even when I tried asking other people, the person stopped them from giving me one, making me feel like I was trying to steal something rather than simply carry the food I had paid for. I honestly haven’t felt so unnecessarily watched and distrusted since elementary school. Until one younger lady told me that the larger bags were for Uber Eats only unless I wanted to pay an extra dollar or something, I decided that was enough and just walked out with the greasy fingerprints :)

Got servxe 2 ice caps very dirty around the opening of the drink!!!!!!!! There was crumbs from a sandwich on our drinks. The box of timbits had stains from something. Pizza was overcooked ! May I add she forgot to add things to our order. Lost 14$ additional from us. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! UNSANITARY 🤮🤮🤮🤮

I LOVE this tim’s. They always give great portions when it comes to the lunch menu. Very generous and super nice.

I can’t personally rate the food since I don’t eat it due to dietary restrictions, but my kids absolutely love the Timbits and donuts. I especially wanted to give a shoutout to this specific Tim Hortons for such a sweet and thoughtful initiative, they created a little corner where kids can make Mother’s Day cards. Such an adorable idea that really made our visit special!

Toast was burnt and I found something that looked like a noodle in it. Jam and butter was badly spread. Bad taste. So disappointed

I have breakfast here ( Jean yves Kirkland) at 10 am on march 21. 2026. Usually I love Tim sweets, but today I got a very bad experience because I ordered a chocolate croissant, but it’s not good, not fresh at all. It’s hard and stale. It’s like re-baked.

Worst service from any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. Sandwich was missing turkey and was ripped in pieces and when I asked to give normal meat slices covering the sandwich they said no this is how we do it!! Thi is the service issue in today’s society. Not normal. Instead of refunding my entire order they could have added or redone a normal sandwich! 🙄 The other picture is from Tim’s website. That’s what a turkey club should be.

Nice staff but quality of coffee has diminished severely. Coffee was warm (not hot) and tasted funky. First time in my life sending something back. Asked for a tea instead, as you can't mess up a tea.

This Tim's is right near my work so I stop often. Not to mention they are supportive of many of the local business near by. Wimgym gymnastics club hosted a competition and Tim's sponcered the event by supplying all the coffee needs thought the weekend of the event

This is the second time I get unsolicited milk added to my tea order. I don't realize because I have my first sip a-ways down the highway into work, but since I am lactose intolerant I cannot have it. I will be taking my time at the drive through window to ensure the order is correct now, so if you want to meet your metrics, make sure you get their order right.

Lately during the morning shift , Drive through service changed with different employ somehow with attitude and arrogance, It was much better when the old South Asian lady was incharge , now driving an extra mile to a different location with better attitude
