One of the slowest drive through in westisland also the parking and drive through cross each other and always very difficult to get in line,

This Tim Hortons location is great. The restaurant is clean, well maintained, and has a nice layout. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience better. Service was quick and efficient. A solid spot to stop for coffee or a quick bite.

I am very disappointed at this time Horton coffee shop. I had a very unexpected experience and i am not going back again. I order and i was watching the lady that clean the floor with the gloves and in the same time she spray the table and the chair with the same clouth and clean them. I can't believe that she doesn't know how many peoples sat on this chairs and she put all the germs everywhere. This is discussting and makes everybody sick. When i told her is wrong what are you doing she didn't mind. I talk to the manager she doesn't know what i am talking about,too. I think is normal for them but for me it was the worst experience and not going back at this time horton and i tell all my friends. They need more education about cleaning. For sure i am complaining about this to the headquarter because people health is in danger Saturday 01.31.2026

Ordered 2 Pizzas. Sat in the car at the drive thru for 15 minutes while watching the cashier in her celll phone and picking her nose. She didint even come to window to ask for payment. We Drove off and left.
