Disappointing and discriminatory experience I ordered a cappuccino at the drive-thru and had to repeat myself because the employee couldn’t hear me clearly. After that, the employee began making jokes about my accent, assuming I couldn’t hear them. This was extremely unprofessional and discriminatory Tim Hortons operates in a province full of immigrants and people with diverse accents. I hope management and Human Resources can remind employees about respect and inclusion, so situations like this don’t happen again. No customer should feel mocked or discriminated against regardless of their accent or background. This experience was disappointing and should not be ignored.
