This Tim Hortons location is one of the best I’ve visited. It’s my daily go to for my coffee and quick treats. They know me by voice so when i’m in the Drive-through i get my order quickly, always with a smile and the management are obviously experienced. The few times i went there where the line in the drive-through was long, i go inside and i see how the line quickly disappears especially if the manager Gigi is there. Always a great experience I recommend it 100%.

The service at this location usually isn’t bad, but I went through the drive thru with my daughter yesterday and ordered all of two items, a bagel and an egg sandwich. They had us pull over because I guess they didn’t want this to mess with their “average time per customer” and they did the same to the car before us and after us. We waited there for a good 5 minutes and while we were waiting we realized that there wasn’t ONE customer at the cash inside

So basically I ordered 10 tim bits on uber eats almost an hour ago as my daughter loves the blueberry stuffed tim bits and we wanted a small treat from the tim hortons 10 minute drive from my house. I’ve had 3 different uber drivers to pick it up but been contacted by no body to tell me what’s going on. Called the store twice no answer, mind you, usually places that are well run and their staff is actually trained probably they would call you as soon as they got the order and not make someone sit waiting for an hour when they could have just asked me if I wanted something different or just cancelled it. Instead had me just assume they were extra busy tonight. Anyways I am not even mad about our little treat but more mad at the fact that we’ve waited so long to finally hear from the a uber driver that they couldn’t make the order. It’s a shame this ain’t the first time I’ve had bad experiences both in person and through online.
