Worst service EVER. Stale products ordered via Skipthe Dishes. Employee was missing items. Not happy about it gave stale items. No one wished to help. Employees will waste food to anger customers. Willfully wasting food for emotional reason is a lack of proffesionalism and respect towards the planet and humanity. I can't fathom that Tim Horton is proud to hire such people. I am glad to say I will NEVER take my business there.

Always long queues, delays, terrible service. I've given this place a chance many times because it's close to my home, but it's much quicker to go to another Tim Hortons 5 km away.

Never going there again, an army of employees, no line up inside, waited over 20min for x4 breakfast sandwiches... coffee was already cold... This is not the first time w this location... Ridiculous.

Terrible food and workers, I ordered online got to the restaurant waited another 15 minuets they check my code tell me it’s going to be 5 more minuets just for the lady to say “we don’t have your order here” and walk away, payed for it and never got it.

I try to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but the service really is terrible at this location. They do not have all the necessary skills to service their customer base effectively.
