This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, Customer service is 0/10. You order something, and they give you the wrong item

I ordered a box of 20 timbits and an employee, a guy, started putting the timbits in without asking me which ones I wanted. Then, when I asked to choose the timbits, he said “why didn’t you tell me earlier”. It’s his job to ask…

What a rude, inconsiderate staff. I pulled into the drive thru for supper. When I was greeted, I said "hello, just give me a minute" because I didn't know what I wanted yet. Not five seconds later, another voice comes over the speaker asking for my order. Again, I asked them to give me a sec. Then, the fine gentleman started to slow count at me in a mocking tone. Unnnnn, deuuuuxxx, troooisss, quaaatree, ciinnnq. I couldn't believe how rude he was! I drove away without making an order. I definitely felt unwelcome at this location. I hope that a senior staff member overheard this interaction and had a conversation with the employee involved.

went in there for lunch with my 1yr old and the staff was going beyond any customer service I have ever received in any Tim Hortons. By far the best customer I have ever received. Staff extremely friendly and polite.
