I have ordered from here so many times and they keep on getting my orders wrong even with me talking to the counter person and the employee who are preparing the food to make sure but they still get it wrong and sometimes I am in a hurry so I dont check until I arrive at work. I even made several complaints in the app and I am told someone would call me but they never do or even reimburse me for the error. I don't understand how they can get the orders wrong so many times. I requested a BLT sesameseed bagel combo with no bacon and instead I just egg and cheese bagel and no sugar in my coffee and end up paying $10 for something I didn't order They need to care more about the client and pay more attention

This Tim's is nestled inside a gorgeous building, with pleasant staff quickly getting orders out to customers from the offices around it. A quick chili, hot coffee, and nice staff make for a great stop in the morning
