My friend went in here today and got us each a jelly filled doughnut and when we left we found out they were filled with custard instead of jelly. So she went back in and asked for jelly filled and the man who served her laughed in her face and kept saying the custard was jelly and mocking her right in her face laughing and just kept repeating that’s how we say jelly here and being extremely rude and unprofessional. When another employee a woman saw what was going on she stepped in and fixed the situation but no one disciplined the other worker they let him keep mocking my friend while they were getting her order right. 1/10 experience go to a different Tim’s! One of the customers said to us on the way out that the worker who mocked us is always like that and they never do anything about it!
