Each time I ask for an ice latte they give me an ice coffee and they staff is rude today! This is my last visit.

Busy location but generally efficient. Staff stay friendly even during rush hours, and mobile orders are usually ready on time. The dining area is kept reasonably clean, and drive‑thru moves faster than expected for this neighbourhood. Coffee is consistent, and food quality matches what you expect from Tims. A reliable stop if you’re in the Plateau area and need something quick.

Often, more times than not, I have to ask to have my coffee remade. Either it is not hot enough, or too bitter... a couple of times, I asked for a refund... as by the third time asking for a fresh cup, I was disappointed.

You guys have a a shortage of creme cheese or just dont know how to put decent amount and spread properly busy talking i steady of making proper food last tim3 I come here cant have it happen every time I go also my coffee taste like perfume lid is covered in perfume nasty

The were rushing us to Order.. they kept saying hello hello.. there menu wasnt showing the breakfast menu. We were Rushed and they were rude!! Not going there again. Plus everything was Cold.

I think this Tim Hortons is worse than the one on Lucern. Rude staff, stale food, and they always get your order wrong. I simply got a large iced coffee with almond milk and a box of mixed timbits, coffee had milk in it instead and tasted like water, the timbits were hard as a rock with no icing. This isn’t the first time I have a bad experience there and I wouldn’t recommend going there.
