When she sees me she’s already smiling and has 3/4 of the order down . She’s very nice and polite. Tries her best especially when it’s crazy busy.

I come here almost every single day. The service is soso slow a lot of the time but i never complain. Ive even written a 5 star review for the manager before because she asked me to. This morning i ask for a timatin on a cheese bagel. While the girl is making it she asks me if i want lettuce and tomatoes i say yes please. Then manager lady comes and says hey thats extra you have to pay for it. I say common cut me a break i come every single day. She's not having it so i pay the extra 1$ or whatever. Its not the money i care about its the principal. I come every single day I'm a loyal customer and you can't cut me some slack for a piece of lettuce and tomato. I'm sure she will see this review and remember me now.

The staff is very friendly specially in the morning, quick service and amazing food. The only Tim Hortons I know they have jalapeño bagels
