The workers are super nice! You'd be lucky to be served by Vero, nicest person ever! She reccomended some different sauces for the bacon turkey clubs, and we cant get enough of them now. The couche tard that the Tim's is in is newly renovated, making it clean and comfortable. Overall, it's our go-to Tim Hortons at any time of the day (but especially when Vero is working♥️)

I placed mobile order while traveling, but when I got there, the store didn't have what I ordered, so I had to place a new order at the store. I contacted Tim Hortons mobile support for refund, and was referred back to the store. After I got back home, I called the store, the owner and staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Since I can't be back in store for refund, so they emailed me gift card instead and apologized for the inconvenience. I really appreciated how they handled my case, It certainly earned my trust and made me want to come back again.
