Hi, I ordered a coffee tonight and the service was awful.The employees were more concerned with chatting than with serving me.Buying a coffee, I don't think it should take too much time, and the service and attention are important, thank you. Time 12:23 am

Genuinely the slowest Tim Hortons known to mankind. Everybody is moving and talking in slow motion and laughing and chatting while there’s a huge line of people waiting to order and waiting for their food. Multiple people walking out of the ordering line and with un-happy faces. It feels like 4/5 of the staff are on their first training shift- I’m tempted to hop the counter and start making bagels myself. Don’t come here if there is a line and you don’t have 45 minutes to wait.

Why do I have to wait over 20 minutes everytime to get my food? 20 minutes. There's always a long line and it moves slow. I suggest hiring more workers!
