I had to eat. It was food. Overpriced and mediocre, but it's an airport. Oh wells.
What guests say about Pork & Pickle
Pork & Pickle gets very mixed reviews: many customers like the food, especially the brisket, burgers, and some breakfast dishes, and sometimes find the service fast and friendly. On the other hand, there are many complaints about service, with long waits, cold or poorly prepared dishes, and frustrating payment or tipping experiences. It’s a decent option for an airport meal if you’re willing to accept high prices, but consistency seems variable.

Just went here while waiting for my flight. Food took 30 minutes and chicken club was terrible so spicy and unable to be eaten. When asked waiter if I could have some money off the bill he stated there was no manager on duty to do this. He was nice and gave me some food for the flight, however this was not what I was looking for to carry a bag of food on multiple flight. There should be someone who can help deal with issues in my opinion.
Airport food was okay but a bit pricy l.
Service - omg we had Ralph looking after us today and what a joy! We had so much fun with him from start to finish. And when he said the brisket poutine was amazing - he wasn't kidding! Food - ooooooooooh you have to have the brisket. If it comes with poutine, fiiine ;) but that brisket and that gravy almost had me saying better than my husband's :) Atmosphere - after 7 hours on a flight, not to mention the 3 hours previously spent at the airport in Portugal, we were tired and just wanted a comfortable place to sit at. We found that here, and got in a fun time too. Next time we are in YUL, we shall report immediately here without hesitation! Merci for the amazing experience!
Excellent service par Alain Ralph. Rapide, courtois. Sauf que la bouffe était ordinaire. Food was lame. Beef poutine with 3-4 cheese curds; 4-5 beef chunks, very sad state of affair. Thank God for tv screens, to keep my mind off the food. For one, 41.40$
A nice airport restaurant. The food is tasty and they have a Good variety to choose from. The wines selection is cool. Good value for money.
Very greasy food! Be mindful of what you’ll order as it affected me a few minutes after :(
Service was so poor, like terrible terrible. Then the only tipping options are 18,20, and 25. The bill said the caeser was 18.49 when the menu said cocktails range from 11-14$ wings were soggy but if they were crispy like the menu called them they would have been great.
⚠️ Be very careful when paying at this restaurant in the airport. I was given a bill, paid it, and then later noticed that I had been charged more than the amount I was expecting. I went back to the restaurant to ask about the charge, and the response I received was basically, “Sorry sir, this is the first time this has happened. We didn’t do anything. You should contact your bank because maybe they scammed you.” That was extremely disappointing. If there is an issue with the payment system, customers should not have to discover it themselves and then be told to contact their bank. My advice: check your card transaction carefully before leaving this restaurant and make sure the amount charged matches your bill. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
Very disappointing experience. I asked the hostess a basic question, and when she didn’t know the answer, she responded with an attitude; when I politely asked if she could ask someone who might know, she responded the same way without any effort or courtesy. We had a 4-hour layover and were planning to eat here, but after that interaction, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Customer service should start with basic respect and willingness to help.
Disappointing and expensive. I’ll skip it next time.
Pretty good for airport fare. Cornbread and fried pickles were quote tasty. Service was excellent and the place itself nice and clean.
Horrible horrible do not waste your time owner or manage very rude hostess miss inform do not go there
A very rude waittress
Food was ok, but nowhere near the $30 they charge for a burger. Service was ok.
$23 for 6 chicken wings. Not good value for money. Going to stop coming back.
Cool place to have lunch and a beer
Had an unexpected Air Canada layover in Montreal and we ended up at here for breakfast The food was good the music was good and the service was excellent; my coffee refills came without having to flag down the waitress. If you're stuck at the airport with time to kill and want decent food good coffee and a comfortable place to sit for a while, this is a good choice.
Was busy, took for ever to order a drink, in 2+ hours was only asked if I wanted another drink once.
Worst bartender service I’ve ever had -0/10
Eggs were perfectly cooked over easy!!! Great Caesar. Friendly fast service! Good tunes. Way better airport establishment than Archibalds.
The food was amazing and fast
Third time at this airport coming here, previously had the beef brisket and it was mouth watering! I did not get any food this time but everything I seen and smelt looked delicious, especially the aroma from the dirty Mac n cheese. Pierre is clearly a hard working and kind gentleman. The atmosphere is very clean and classy feeling too.
Had 1 Aperol spritz, it was really bad
If you’re passing through YUL, do yourself a favor and stop by Pork & Pickle and pray that Roberto is working. Roberto truly made the entire experience. The vibe at this bar was unmatched, the drinks were spot on, and his service was incredible from start to finish. Traveling can be exhausting, but his energy completely turned my airport wait around. Absolute perfection ask for Roberto if you get the chance!
