Either the coffee is too strong or it tastes like water. The sandwichs are missing ingredients. You can tell when quality is not important.

I visited today morning this tim hortons. I don't know what happened today but this was the most disappointing experience that I have received in this location, and this was not the first time. The food was horrible the coffee was cold. When I come to the drive thru windows the employee looked so unhappy and rude. When I paid from my stuff and brought to my workplace, the food was disgusting and they made mistakes. I don't what is going on too this restaurant. But this needs to stop. This is most time that I have wasted and this tim hortons is the most useless one in this location that I will never come back. If they continue like this they will loose all there customers and will close soon.

If I could report the girl working here, I would. First, when I was giving my order, no greeting or anything, just “Ok.” I have to ask myself: can I come to the window? later I found she was wearing AirPods, and talking with someone while taking orders. Right after I came to the window, she made a face like she was the one paying for our drinks. My drink was fine, but my wife's drink wasn’t made as order.. we already made a few stops, so we didn’t come again to report the order. But due to this behaviour, I realised why people are going against Tims now. To the owner, if you really want your store to be on a good list, please take action on that. For reference: I ordered on 30th Jan, 2026 at 3:55PM.
The girl who works in the evening(weekday) does not know professionalism. There was an Uber order and she said she cannot fulfill the order so I canceled the delivery from my end. Then she reported me on ubereats saying I stole the order. Is that how it works? Management should look into that girl seriously. Deactivate your Uber account if your employees don't know how to deal with it and respect

Very difficult to understand my simple order
They always mess up the simplest orders. Food often tastes old/stale. Service is nonchalant at best when you mention their mistakes. Even asking for something as simple as cutting a bagel in half, it only gets done like 30% of the time. The only one that has good customer service is a lady named Jessica.
