Just ordered the pistachio ice cap and a habenero bowl , received a cilantro bowl instead and an ice cap without the toppings . Why do the employees ask if I want the whip cream ? I already paid for the promotional drink that comes with whipped cream and toppings and I didn’t receive what was advertise because it was missing the toppings. Why bother buy a franchise if you have no intention of making the promotional drinks??? And how hard is it to get the sauce right? I worked this job in my teens it’s not rocket science . Always fresh should now be always disappointed

Worst experience ever had ! I bought egg bites and they have mold !! I notice when I was on my way to work and I had a bite omg the taste was awful! Then I go back to the Tim’s and I tell lady that egg bites was not good she say no sorry she just told me I will check nothing omg never want to go back again 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I was here today around 8 pm. I got confused by the options available and the employee present there made me feel welcome she understood that i am confused as i was taking too long to place order. She asked me about my preferences and she gave me options. Arman provided great service. will continue to come here

I come here almost every morning before work, they always make my coffee perfect exactly how i like it! Staff is always nice and welcoming, always smiling!

My routine before gym, hot chocolate or expresso, i got admit that even when the lane is busy they manage fast and good, and is a good sensation knowing that they already know my order just earring my voice, lol.

I’m regular customer.I always went this Tim early morning , and this time really stood out. As soon as I walked up to order, she recognized my voice and already knew my order before I even said it. That kind of service makes you feel valued. Always a great experience!
