We ordered in the drive through with a discount code for 10 timbits and 1 ice capp (any flavour) for 5$. We chose the caramel flavour. When we got to the window they said they couldn’t give us the caramel ice Capp as their own system wouldn’t allow it and the menu item had changed . They insisted on charging us the extra amount for the flavouring and said the discount wouldn’t work, even though the valid offer on the app listed caramel . The employee insisted that we would have to pay the extra or she would charge us for more timbits and would not honour the coupon until the manager got involved. I don’t understand why the person at the drive through didn’t tell us the caramel was unavailable in the first place. The ten pack of timbits they ended up giving us tasted old and were dry, the ice capps were off and melted as the employee insisted on arguing with us over an error on their own system. Not great service….
