The place is amazing , we had some questions regarding ingredients and Vivek took the time to explain it with nice smile , we really like this branch it is clean and staff are very nice and helpful

They are clearly understaffed! I ordered drive- thru and they asked me to wait at the back door. I waited for in my car for 20 minutes!! I was furious and went inside only to see a long line inside as well and only three people working!! This is a big management mistake. Straining the employees and still expecting them to give great service?!

Service is fast and the food is fresh, which I appreciate. However, the dine-in area really needs attention—tables were dirty and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. We had to clean our own table just to sit down.

This Tim Hortons has consistently been the best out of many I have been to in Montréal. Nice updated interior and friendly service.

I came here a couple of times it's always cold. You can't remove your coat to be more confortable.
