I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly even though it was a bit busy. The coffee was fresh and just the way I like it, and the food was warm and satisfying.

no one pays attention to the cash only the drive thru, barely ever has food that I order. found a hair in my sauce today.

Some staff needs to course on cleaning. At times the Service is slow need more staff working at nights. The Equipment needs to be updated. At times the Customer are will to learn to Sever others and willing to learn how to clean the Equipment. The staff is Friendly. Dalhousie is a some town.

I went into drive-thru and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I found it was very dry, I opened it and there was almost no cream cheese! Why charge extra if you aren't putting the amount you're supposed to? Never coming to eat here again, everything is going more downhill every time I visit

Vanilla/ hazelnut Coffee cream. I get a regular coffee. Simple. But, it’s rocket science to staff as Tim’s in Dalhousie. This has Happened 4 times last 2 weeks. I am done.
