The staff were lovely, but this location needs to hire more for the morning Rush. I waited over 15 minutes to place my order at the walk up window because the drive-thru was backed up onto the street. I waited an additional almost 20 minutes to receive part of my order. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich combo, and they had run out of hash browns. Fair enough. If that was the case after waiting so long and knowing how busy it was, the offer should have been made to swish out the that part of the meal. It wasn't until I knocked on the window twice that the lady came back. And then the offer was made. Like I said the staff were very lovely, but there is not enough of them to keep up with the morning Rush. And as a result I was almost late for work. Not only that, but my food was cold. I am assuming due to the long waits. The lady had come to the window to give me my bag (assuming) but closed it when she realized there was something missing. I told them to give the donut they offered to the next person, which I'm sure they did. Five stars to staff are being so lovely, but the low scores due not enough people and the fact that my food was cold.
