Their employees think that when you order a winning hot beverage it only applies to regular roast coffee and tea... THE PROMOTION SAYS APPLIES TO THE HIGHEST PRICED ITEM IN THE BAG, ANY SIZE HOT BEVERAGE, EXCLUDING LIMITED TIME EDITION DRINKS (which is reasonabke but a french vanilla is not limited time)!! You don't get to tell me what I get to receive for a winning drink!! That's not how roll up has EVER worked!!!!!!! Why change now? Bc employees are offended someone ordered higher priced drink for a god damn prize!! LIKE WHAT

Staff is super friendly, staff all get along very well together, always smiling, I am always greeted with smiles, I never have to say my order they know me well, love seeing the supervisor Magic dancing and singing keeping the mood positive and the Manager Elisha is the best the store has seen in a while!

Ordered customised iced coffee just now from here, didnt even taste like it. We say it in a customised way so we like it but i guess its just a waste of time and money. So disappointed

Great service and friendly staff. The food was fresh, the coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Manager Jeff was very professional, approachable, and attentive to customers. You can really see the positive leadership in how smoothly the team operates. Highly recommended!
