Went inside to grab coffees and the lady with glasses on and no name tag on that served me was extremely rude and seemed annoyed when I asked about roll up cups I wont be going back

The staff is excellent! Always great service & warm energy 😊 the quality of my orders are always consistent as well, always delicious & on point! Shout out to Tina & Jessica for always going above & beyond for me! There are a couple others I'd mention if I could remember their names 😅 Highly Recommend!

This is my favorite tim hortons I use to be a regular on Montreal rd but I've noticed brooke had changed to ninth. She is one of my favorites. Very kind so sweet and she's got a great sense of humor. Also tina I think her name is. Is a delight aswell . But that new amanda girl? I think? Not so nice.. bossing all the others workers around. Other than that this is my go to tims. Five star. You all rock! Thank you so much for being the best tims.. ps my dogs love yous! ❤️

Amazing Tim Horton’s location. Always speedy and friendly service and unlike some other locations they’ve never got my coffee (2 cream 1 sugar not a hard order) wrong.

I went to get an iced coffee, with extra cream, extra base and less ice thru drive thru. They gave coffee with no syrup, I went back to the drive thru, asked for extra base and then that coffee tasted like bad coffee more like water and with extra syrup, tasted like there was no cream at all. Not the first time, very disappointed and waste of money. Not going again there. Some staff make it nice, but today and some days its a big NO.

This is my favourite Tim’s in Cornwall, the night shift is the greatest. They pay attention to orders and the quality of beverages served. Tina and Sarah make the experience a blast and I know I’m always getting what I paid for. Thank you!

Staff is incredibly friendly, mornings are just as fun. I drive a km out of my way just to go because the staff is the best and most times get my order right, if somethingis off they fix it right away. My kids love going because one guy does the elmo voice, its officially known as the elmo timmys. Absolute perfection they all need a raise.
