This location is now the worst since it opened. Some obvious shortages . Updated March 03, 2026 This morning for the first time I decided to use the new walk up window service because the single lane drive thru was backed up to Edward st. I pressed the door bell call button as indicated and waited one minute without acknowledgment from a team member that I was observing making a sandwich. I pressed a second time and it still went without acknowledgment as I was observing the same staff member walking around. I left, returning to my truck and at that moment the window opened. Seconds later another customer walked up and was able to place his order. I have updated my service rating from 2 stars to one to reflect my experience. More training in customer service is still needed since management hasn’t done anything to improve customer experience at this location.
